Mark Zuckerberg and his reason why the IPad doesn't have a Facebook app
Mark Zuckerberg was straight forward today at it's mobile event on why the IPad didn't have a facebook app yet. “The iPad isn’t mobile”. Zuckerberg stated and also said that Facebook loves working with Apple, but that the iPad isn’t as mobile as a phone. Erick Tseng stated that "The rise of tablets isn’t going to be about the iPad alone, we’re going to soon see numerous additional devices running on Android and possibly other platforms. And given Facebook’s limited resources, it doesn’t really make sense to hone in on a single platform."
Personally I think the IPad is a joke, with no flash support, usb ports, or DVD/CD drive, it's really useless. I haven't checked the specs on the latest IPad but even Facebook is not really showing support for Apples platform. Android all the way!!!

ipad's really useless
ReplyDeletethe only real reason apple came out with the ipad is to make it easier to spot idiots in public because you would have to be an idiot to think an ipad is useful. everything an ipad does, a laptop can do, and more.
